Exercise 1: 360 Spin

The 360 Spin with the Iron Neck is an isometric movement. The neck is locked in place, with the band under tensions, you then rotate your entire body one way then the other, maintaining a neutral neck and strong posture. This is a great phase 1 exercises and can be spiced up a little by holding a medicine ball, dumbbells or kettlebell.
