Exercise 5: Figure Eights

The Figure of 8 with the Iron Neck is a more advanced movement. Imagine you are drawing a figure of 8 with your nose.

Stand tall, shoulders square and facing the anchor point, initiate the movement by tilting the head, from here (much like the diagonals) draw a line from shoulder to sky line and then tilt your head and repeat. Once you have done 8 reps, start looking high and then draw a line from the sky line to the shoulder. Turn 180 degree so the anchor point is behind you and do exactly as above.
