Exercise 2: Look Left Look Right

Look Left - Look Right.

This movement is only possible using the Iron Neck. Start with facing your pulley system or anchor point, shoulders square, scapula pulled down. Here, simply look left (as far as you can go) and then right. Repeat this 8-10 times each side in this position, before turning you whole body and head to the 3-o'clock position, before repeating. Do this at 6/9 o'clock. If you imagine the full clock, face, you can work in all of the positions between 3/6/9/12 to cover all bases. Make sure the pulley/ anchor point are level with the Iron Neck head unit. The cable and band should be parallel with the ground.
