Exercise 3: Diagonal

Same set-up and stances as the look left - look right, however you need to tilt you head to one side to allow a diagonal movement from shoulder to opposite sky line. Imagine you are drawing a straight line with your nose from the tip of your shoulder up the space above the opposite shoulder. Change position and work the clock face locations.

Note you may find one side is less mobile or tighter than the other, this is natural, however this movement will help balance this out.
