Iron Neck Rehab Kit
This Rehab Kit is intended to give you even more of an advantage during your training. Depending on your goals, you may wish for less resistance when using Iron Neck 3.0/3.0 Pro or Alpha Harness.
The Iron Neck 25 lb. band is a great middle of the road band when performing your main training movements/exercises, you may however wish for a lighter resistance on specific exercises or when pairing movements such as banded face pulls, pull parts or shoulder rehab complexes.
Our Rehab Kit consists of:
