The Iron Neck Alpha Plus Head Harness is an upgraded, fully adjustable neck training harness designed for multi-directional strength training using resistance bands, cable machines or weight plates.

Building on the standard Alpha Harness, the Alpha Plus uses extra-thick nylon, honeycomb neoprene padding, six reinforced D-ring attachment points and additional top adjustment to provide a more secure and comfortable fit during resisted neck training.

Multi-Directional Neck Training

Six heavy-duty D-rings provide multiple resistance attachment points around the Alpha Plus Harness, allowing the direction of load to be changed according to the exercise.

This makes it suitable for a wide range of neck strengthening exercises, including flexion, extension, lateral flexion, rotational movements and isometric holds.

Use the Alpha Plus with resistance bands or a cable machine for dynamic and isometric neck exercises, or attach suitable weight plates using the supplied nylon loading strap for more traditional weighted neck training.

The Alpha Plus features an additional reinforced top adjustment strap, allowing the harness to be adjusted vertically as well as around the head.

This additional adjustment helps achieve a more secure fit and allows the position of the harness to be tailored more closely to the individual.

The inside of the harness uses thick honeycomb neoprene padding to help distribute pressure across the head during training, while the extra-thick nylon construction provides additional structure and durability for regular use.
