The Iron Neck Alpha Plus Bundle 2
This is a step forward with your neck training. The bundle of kit allows you to perform a wide range of exercises to build initial strength and stability before progressing. Much heavier 50LB Resistance band, but remember it's 50LB at full tension, not at the start.
With 4 side clips and 2 hanging clips, the Alpha Plus Neck Harness allows for linear training both side to side and up and down with an upgraded build making it superior to its little brother, the Alpha Harness. Made from durable, high-strength materials, the head harness can be used to perform traditional weighted neck exercises as well as rotational movements utilizing bands.
