Iron Neck Strength Kit
This Strength Kit is intended to give you even more of an advantage during your training. Depending on your goals or journey, you may wish for more resistance when using your Iron Neck 3.0/3.0 Pro or Alpha Harness. Our 25 lb. band is a great middle of the road accessory, you may wish to up the anti and load the neck or accessory exercises with more resistance, giving you more variety from your training.
This add-on kit gives you a wide spectrum of training stimulus and allows you to add in heavier complimentary exercises such as pallof press, woodchops and face pulls.
Our Strength Kit consists of:

⚪️ 1 x 50 lb. Resistance Band
⚪️ 1 x Light Power Band
⚪️ 1 x Drawstring Bag
