With 4 side clips and 2 hanging clips, the Alpha Plus Neck Harness allows for linear training both side to side and up and down with an upgraded build making it superior to it's little brother, the Alpha Harness. Made from durable, high strength materials, the head harness can be used to perform traditional weighted neck exercises as well as rotational movements utilizing bands.
