This pair of fusion grip handles allow for either training partners or coaches to work with you, giving a multi-dimensional approach to neck training. You stand still and they control where and how much resistance or instability is given. These can also be used with the bands alone for shoulder rehab/prehab sessions or in conjunction with the Iron Neck to give a comprehensive contact area training session.
